Finally, a new post

I know this post has been long overdue, but I really don't even know what to write about. Life on the Kibbutz continues to be the same as it has been, which the occasional departures and random adventures. I promise I'll post more substantially soon. For now, I'll just let you all know the basics of my life. I've got two weeks left here and then I go to Italy, where I'll be met by my mother and brother. I will spend about 10 days with them, and then onto a 3 week long archaeological dig. After that I'll be going home. I'm excited about Italy and everything to come, but I'm mostly excited about going home soon. I miss my family and friends more than I ever dreamed possible. I have definitely decided (because I wasn't so sure when I left of this adventure), that when I settle down, I intend to do so fairly close to my family. That being said, I still intend to do a good deal more traveling in my lifetime! So I guess that's it for me for now. I start hearing from colleges soon, so I'll let you all know when I know!

Heard some good news from Chip. Congrats! I will be glad to see you home, for sure. Will you be in DC by June 20th? That's when we are planning a visit. Have a great last couple of weeks on the kibbutz and then fun in Italy. It seems like it has been a great year for you, Jenn. I'm so glad you had these opportunities.

Love and love,

Toni
